Description
Revive Roller Lube EPDM is especially designed for EPDM based ink rollers and is used on multi colour offset presses when some of the units of these presses are not used while the other unit(s) is/are printing a job.
Revive Roller Lube EPDM allows ink rollers, which are not covered with ink, to rotate (idle) without any trouble. It protects these rollers as does Revive Roller Lube as it acts like a lubricant. It overcomes excessive heat and so there is no mechanical friction resulting in a situation where ink rollers last much longer.
Revive Roller Lube EPDM is based on raw materials, which can be qualified as compatible with all UV offset inks. Despite this the product has been designed for EPDM surfaces the product has NBR compatibility as well.
Application:
Apply sufficient (approx. 10 to 20 ml.) Revive Roller Lube EPDM to provide good coverage without causing the rollers to slip or to dry out. After the job has been completed and the unit concerned is needed for a regular printing job, it is recommended to scrape off the used Revive Roller Lube EPDM. If there still is a remarkable amount of used Revive Roller Lube EPDM on the rollers it is recommended to wash up these rollers with a dedicated UV ink roller wash.
