Our roller regrinding and recovery service is both quick and professional. With a fleet of vans, and your dedicated Technical Sales Manager, we offer collection, regrinding, rebalancing, and the prompt return of your rollers.
Using a vast selection of polymer compounds including Westland and our own Endura brand, we can recover rollers using materials matched to your needs, while adhering to manufacturers’ specifications. All our work is performed by highly skilled technicians, under stringent quality control standards.
Roller Grooving
Our high-capacity, fully computerised grooving equipment allows us to create and recover a wide variety of custom groove patterns as well as cambered profiles.
Roller Balancing
Imbalanced rollers can damage equipment, shorten the lifespan of machinery, and lead to print defects, tearing, stretching, and excessive waste. Our fully automated, computer-controlled balancing equipment offers two-plane dynamic and static balancing services. This allows us to assess roller performance at specific speeds, ensuring optimal results.
Polymer Compound Development
Beyond our wide array of industry-tested proprietary compounds, we can also design and create custom rubber compounds to use on new or recovered rubber rollers, that are tailored to your needs.
Engineering Design
Our engineering design team utilises advanced 3D CAD/CAM/CNC systems and are skilled in both designing and reverse-engineering specialist rubber roller products.
Roller Exchange Programme
We provide a hassle-free roller exchange service where we send you a fully recovered roller with a split invoice: one for the rubber and wear parts, and a refundable deposit for the core and reusable accessories. You have one month to return your worn rollers, which are then inspected to OEM standards. If the core meets these standards, your deposit is refunded; otherwise, it is replaced with a new core to ensure consistent performance.
This service is convenient, time-saving, and guarantees rollers that match OEM specifications, ensuring trouble-free operation.

Industrial Roller & Sleeve Manufacture and Recovering
BFS’s industrial rubber rollers are manufactured at our rubber roller facility in Suffolk. Over the recent years we have kept up with demand with regular investment in state of the art equipment, and this has ensured we are able to meet the demands and needs of our customers. All this coupled with improved outputs, efficiencies and productivity levels. As part of our rubber roller services, we can recover your existing rollers and sleeves while also offering a “complete supply service” where we provide the roller/sleeve stock or core. This way we look after all your engineering and manufacturing requirements.
