Endura rollers are manufactured by BFS Pressroom Solutions in the UK. The Endura range contains high quality compounds for all offset applications offering excellent dynamic properties and dimensional stability. Endura compounds suit all print processes from sheetfed up to the highest speed web-offset.

Rollers are also available for gravure, flexographic and packaging and are suitable for presses of all ages.

 

Endura CP070 / CP2000 / CP2010 Compound Properties

  • Colour: Black
  • Shore hardness: 35 / 25 / 30
  • Nitrile based offset rubber inking compound
  • Excellent dynamic properties and dimensional stability
  • Very good resistance to the effects from modern day wash solutions
  • Low heat build up
  • Suitable for conventional and vegetable oil based inks

Endura CP070 / CP2000 / CP2010 Printing Applications

  • High speed web-offset
  • Sheetfed

Endura CP390 / CP430 / CP420 Compound Properties

  • Colour: Orange / Red / Green
  • Shore hardness: 30 / 40 / 25
  • PVC / Nitrile based offset rubber inking compound
  • Suitable for printing with conventional, hybrid and UV inks
  • Excellent dimensional stability in pressroom environments
  • Compatible with both conventional and UV washes

Endura CP390 / CP430 / CP420 Printing Applications

  • Continuous stationery, narrow web, envelopes

 

Storage Conditions: Away from direct sunlight / Constant temperature (optimum 20 degrees Celsius) / Non-contact with rubber
