Fujikura FP-75
FP-75 is designed to give superior in-line coating performance with UV and Aqueous Coatings. Consisting of a special rubber formulation, FP-75 guarantees a smooth and even transfer of coating onto all substrates at high press speeds. After cutting, the surface rubber and first fabric layer can be peeled away easily from the compressible layer leaving a relief depth of .038mm.
Aco-Coat Varnishing Plate
The unique structure of the Aco-Coat Varnishing Plate makes it the perfect choice for coating applications. Aco-Coat encompasses a superior varnish lay-down giving incredibly high gloss levels. The excellent performance of the plate is attributed to the combined action of both its rubber compound and the impressive nishing capabilities of its top compressible layer. Aco-Coat is a long lasting plate which gives excellent re-use rates.
